My website is dedicated to Disabled Veterans, Veterans and all people that are disabled from all walks of life.
About me………Where should I start…. Ok I got this, I am from a small town (well it is not so small anymore) Eulonia, Georgia. My Dad was a Commercial Fisherman and my Mom retired as cook (cooking was her specialty, her food is amazing). I can’t complain too much about country living, back then everything was peaceful (you had crimes just not as bad). You had a house, a yard to play in, my dad had his garden/shooting range LOL (I have the rifle to this day). There were a lot of things going on in my life growing up and I have experienced so much both good times and bad (I will add stories about my life in my blog). There are special things that I have experienced in my life: Served in the United States Army, being a Disabled Veteran, I worked for the Department of Defense, I was a Regional Agency Director with Globe Life Insurance Company (Formerly Liberty National) I’ve been with my beautiful wife Nicole for 25 years. One of the greatest highlights in my life was that I lived in Germany for almost 10 years and my wife, and I owned a Pub and Custom Car Auto Shop (I felt like Ludacris from the Fast & Furious movies) lol. Those were good times! Let me stay focused here I was starting to reminisce about those times wow!
I always appreciated life; it is truly a blessing when you wake up each day. But I also took life for granted from one day to the next. From one day to the next things started changing but I always found a way to keep going and do what I must do to take care of my wife and children (I have three they are adults now). My wife always shared our responsibilities, we even worked together and managed our own agency. Well to make a long story short my disabilities had gotten worse, so I had to stop. Then a series of other life-changing events took place. Honestly, I can happen to anyone at any time. This is just a short snippet just letting you know who I am. My website is used for expressing my thoughts, feelings, and most of all my hobbies. So that’s pretty much it folks (lol). I am not selling anything or looking for any profits in what I do. This is just my hobby and I invite others to share their experiences here as well.

What I Do
I don’t consider myself anything (lol). I would say I am a hobbyist I like doing things with my hands (it keeps my busy each day). The end result I enjoy what i do.
Photography
One of my new found hobbies. I enjoy taking pictures (using an actual camera).
Blogging
I always wanted to start blogging again. I hope others will join me!
Arts and Crafts, Building Models
Now this is my passion! Since my disabilities I used arts and crafts, model building as an outlet. I can truly say this was a gift from God! Thank you Lord!

Being a Disabled Veteran I would love to hear from you. I welcome Veterans from all branches of service. Even if you have not served you are welcome as well to participate. I am always looking the find individuals that like the same things I do as well as learning new experiences from you. Life is about learning, we often get caught up in our day to day activities (home, work, family, social life) easily forgetting the true things in life that bring us the most joy whenever you take time for yourself.
